1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to kiwora. By accessing, browsing, or using the kiwora website located at https://kiwora.cam (the "Site") or any of the services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site and Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and kiwora (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the kiwora platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or other incentive provided by kiwora to Users.
• "Deposit" means funds transferred by a User to their kiwora Account for the purpose of wagering.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer game, sports betting market, lottery, or other wagering opportunity available on the Site.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification and document submission.
• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical percentage of wagered funds a game returns to players over time.
• "Wager" or "Stake" means a bet or amount of money risked by a User on a Game.
• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from a User's kiwora Account to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use the Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. kiwora strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or agreement.
• You must register your Account in your own name and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You must not have previously had your Account closed or suspended by kiwora for breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
• You must not be registering on behalf of another person or entity.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. kiwora reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

To use the Services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Each User is permitted to register only one (1) Account. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings. kiwora employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts based on device fingerprinting, IP addresses, payment methods, and personal information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

You must immediately notify kiwora customer support if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach. kiwora will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

4.3 KYC Verification

To comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards, kiwora requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing their first Withdrawal. You must provide clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP / Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• A recent selfie photograph holding your identification document next to your face

kiwora reserves the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or compliance with these Terms. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and Withdrawal delays.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

You may fund your kiwora Account using the payment methods available on the Site, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI, as well as e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All Deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum Deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-5 minutes, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

You warrant that all funds you Deposit into your kiwora Account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from illegal or fraudulent activity. kiwora reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any Deposit that we suspect to be associated with money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

All Deposits are non-refundable except as required by law or in cases of clear technical error. Once funds are credited to your Account, they can only be withdrawn in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

You may request a Withdrawal of funds from your kiwora Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be KYC-verified (see Section 4.3).
• You must have wagered your Deposit amount at least once (1x turnover requirement) to comply with AML regulations. This applies to all Deposits, regardless of whether you've claimed a Bonus.
• Any Bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before Bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum Withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Most Withdrawal requests to BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed within 5-15 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB). E-wallet Withdrawals typically process within 15-30 minutes. Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may experience slight delays.

kiwora reserves the right to impose additional identity verification, source of funds verification, or security checks before processing large Withdrawals or in cases where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Such enhanced verification may delay Withdrawal processing by up to 72 hours.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

kiwora offers various Bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the promotional page and must be read carefully before claiming.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount (and sometimes the Deposit amount) a specified number of times before Bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 15x to 40x depending on the Bonus type.

The following Bonus abuse practices are strictly prohibited and will result in Bonus forfeiture, Account closure, and potential legal action:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate Bonus outcomes
• Using irregular betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies)
• Wagering on games that do not contribute toward Bonus requirements or contribute at reduced rates without meeting the required playtime

kiwora reserves the right to void any Bonus, cancel related winnings, and close Accounts engaged in Bonus abuse at its sole discretion.

8. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All Games offered on kiwora use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. Game outcomes are determined fairly and randomly, independent of previous results.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each Game is determined by the game provider and is displayed in the Game information panel. RTP represents the theoretical percentage of wagered funds that a Game returns to all players over millions of rounds. Actual results for individual players may vary significantly from the stated RTP in the short term.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute violations of fair play:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to play Games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods

kiwora reserves the right to void wagers, withhold winnings, suspend or close Accounts, and pursue legal action against Users who violate fair play rules.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits
• Session time limits and reality check reminders
• Temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the kiwora Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Using the Services if you are under 21 years of age
• Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site or other Users' Accounts
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site or Services
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Users or kiwora staff
• Using the Services for commercial purposes without our written consent

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the kiwora Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and data compilations, is the property of kiwora or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiwora and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall kiwora's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Services exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

kiwora is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or errors in the Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, server downtime, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment processor issues.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and applicable Indonesian regulations. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and kiwora.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

kiwora reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may withhold any funds we believe were obtained in violation of these Terms.

16. Severability

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotional rules posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and kiwora regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
